Introductory Infant Massage Class
Designed for parents who would like to learn the basics of baby Infant massage and have the knowledge to continue at home.
An introductory session will teach you how to recognise your baby’s signals, recommended oils for infant massage and a basic stroke routine.
Duration: 1 hour
Inclusions: massage friendly cream or oil.
2 Session Complete Infant Massage Course
This course covers everything you need to know about baby massage in 2 weeks – perfect for parents short on time! Massage techniques are taught in stages so that you can practice at home and come back week 2 with any questions.
You will learn the full body massage, how to recognise baby signals, recommended oils, massage for colic, constipation and wind, lymphatic exercise (Baby Yoga), when to massage, parent relaxation and massage for the older child.
Duration: 90 minute sessions held over 2 consecutive weeks
Inclusions: massage friendly cream or oil, IMIS Infant Massage Instruction Manual, Free group class refresher (valid 6 months).
4 Session Complete Infant Massage Course
This course covers everything you need to know about baby massage. Massage techniques are taught in stages so that you can practice at home and come back each week with any questions.
Held once a week for 4 weeks you will learn full body massage, how to recognise baby signals, recommended oils, massage for colic, constipation and wind, lymphatic exercise (Baby Yoga), when to massage, parent relaxation and massage for the older child.
Duration: 45 – 60 minute sessions held over 4 consecutive weeks
Inclusions: massage friendly cream or oil, IMIS Infant Massage Instruction Manual, Free group class refresher (valid 6 months).
Baby Yoga (aka Lymphatic Exercise)
Learn how to keep your baby flexible and happy!
Lymphatic Exercises, commonly referred to as Baby Yoga helps enhance an infant’s coordination, increases lymphatic circulation, strengthens the immune system, helps maintain flexibility, enhances midline orientation and best of all is a fun game for children and parents.
Duration: 30 minutes
Private Classes
Enjoy a private lesson at your home or even in the park – you have the class to yourself!

Coffee, Cake & Massage (Expectant Parents)
I understand how important preparation is when it comes to parenthood. This is why my Coffee, Cake & Massage sessions combine the essential elements to help you feel prepared for your little one.
These wonderful sessions are specifically for pregnant mothers from 35-weeks onwards (support person welcome to attend).
Sessions are developed for parents who would like to know the basics of baby massage to get started. An introductory session will teach you how to recognise your baby’s signals, recommended oils for infant massage and a basic stroke routine.
At the end of each session, there is Coffee and Cake, where the support continues.
Duration: 90 minutes (includes morning / afternoon tea)

Dad’s, Bubs & Beers
Feeling a little left out and not sure how to help since your baby has arrived or perhaps you’re just looking for a new way to bond with your little one?
Dads are welcome at our regular classes but some Dad’s feel more comfortable and less judged with more men in your class. I completely understand….introducing Dad’s, Bubs & Beers!
These sessions are developed for Dad’s who would like to know the basics of baby massage to get started. An introductory session will teach you how to recognise your baby’s signals, recommended oils for infant massage and a basic stroke routine.
At the end of each session, take the opportunity to relax and socialise with other dad’s over a beer*, where the support continues.
Baby still breastfeeding? No problem, let mum take a much-needed break at a nearby café or strolling the shops. If feeding is needed it will be easy for mum to pop in and you can continue your lesson on a baby doll so you don’t miss out.
Duration: 1 hour + social
Inclusions: massage friendly cream or oil, 1 middie beer, glass of wine, coffee or soft drink included.

Classes which are alcohol inclusive are held in a licenced venue with only 1 standard drink or non-alcoholic option available.
