Start your day right with a Free 20 minute meditation practice, every weekday in May to celebrate ‘Mindful in May’ 

Each session will be hosted by a Registered Yoga Australia yoga teacher, presenting their own personal style. Absolutely everyone is welcome to attend the sessions held via Zoom. You only need to register once and the link will be emailed to you upon completion.
