Made using chamomile-infused coconut milk (yum!), the dessert is a tad more sophisticated that what you might grab from your supermarket ice-cream shelf, and certainly more exhilarating flavour-wise. Best of all, you won’t need any fancy gear to make it – just a whisk, a pot and a fridge!
